Continuing Professional Development: Teaching The Tempest at KS5
Join this Continuing Professional Development session and equip yourself with tools and an in-depth understanding of Shakespeare’s The Tempest to enhance your teaching in the classroom. This is an in-person event hosted on-site at Shakespeare’s Globe.
Aimed at secondary teachers, with a particular focus on Key Stage 5, the session will demonstrate how to use practical, rehearsal room techniques to enliven and deepen your students’ understanding of the play’s characters, context, themes and imagery, and develop their critical thinking skills.
